Buckwheat

 1 Tablespoon Buckwheat

dash Salt

1 cup whole milk or 1 teaspoon of butter

 

1.      Add buckwheat in pot of boiling water.

2.      Add salt. 

3.      Reduce the heat to low.

4.      Cover and cook 30 minutes or until it is well done. 

5.      Place in a bowl and add hot milk or butter. 

6.      Serve warm.
