Raw meat – Chicken, Turkey, Beef or Veal.

When you buy meat, make sure it is not bruised, does not have excessive bleeding, not slimy, and does not have bad odor. 

Handle raw meat with care. 

Poultry contains bacteria called Salmonella and Beef may contain bacteria called E-Coli. 

These bacteria may become a cause of foodbrone illness. 

Clean and sanitize all the utensils and sinks before and after handling raw meat.

Also, wash your hands well after handling raw meat.
